The company's purpose is to provide all services in the field of real estate, including the purchase, sale, rental, brokerage, administration, maintenance and management of real estate, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); provision of services in the field of cyber assets, including purchase, sale and storage. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all similar companies, in particular by taking a stake in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
