The company's purpose is the production and marketing of energy in all its forms (electric, thermal, chemical). The thermal energy produced by the company is injected into the district heating network (CAD) built and operated by Payerne Énergies SA. It is entitled to build and operate the necessary installations for this purpose or to acquire participations in such installations. Furthermore, the company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose or that are likely to promote it. The company may establish branches and affiliated companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as acquire real estate. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and create, acquire or participate in companies of any kind.
