The purpose of the company is: a) the creation, acquisition, development, exploitation and management of invention patents, licensing processes and manufacturing processes, particularly in the field of energy and circular economy; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the above purposes, as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, except for activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties.
