Provision of consulting services to companies, in particular in the fields of energy and technical building equipment, as well as provision of related services; trading in real estate and provision of all related services, excluding all transactions that require a permit under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may acquire, manage, encumber and sell properties, intellectual property rights and licenses of all kinds.
