The Company's statutory purpose is the financing, study, construction, and operation of energy/energy distribution networks and renewable energy production facilities, as well as the supply of energy and energy services to Rolle and its surroundings. The Company may carry out, either directly or through third parties, all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose, including the development and marketing of all products or services in this field. It may also participate in other companies with identical or similar purposes, acquire or finance such companies. The Company may acquire, hold, and dispose of real estate, subject to operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The Company may grant loans or other financing of any kind to its direct or indirect parent companies, namely all Companies that are part of the Romande Energie Group, and provide guarantees of all kinds for the obligations of these other companies, including in the form of guarantees, pledges, security assignments, security transfers, or indemnity declarations, for a consideration or free of charge. It may also, if necessary, carry out these various operations with the Municipality of Rolle. In any case, the company may act in the interest of the Romande Energie Group or certain of its affiliated companies and the Municipality of Rolle.
