The company's purpose is: a) all construction work, civil engineering, excavation, reinforced concrete, demolition, concrete cutting and drilling; b) general contracting in the building sector; c) all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Money Laundering (LBA)), except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; d) the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; e) the granting of loans or advances to its shareholders or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
