Epting Zentrum Stiftung

The foundation aims to provide contributions to reduce housing costs for low-income residents, primarily in the Zentrum retirement community in Hombrechtikon and secondarily in other retirement communities in the region. The foundation may also provide financial support to low-income or impoverished elderly individuals in the region (mainly Zurich Oberland) on an individual basis or through an institution. Furthermore, the foundation may grant interest-free student loans to low-income architecture and engineering students at Zurich universities. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may acquire, manage, and sell assets and properties using foundation funds. The foundation may also collaborate with other organizations or individuals to achieve its goals. The foundation is a non-profit organization and does not pursue any commercial purposes.
