The company's purpose is any commercial and service activity in the field of equestrian equipment and machinery, in particular the purchase, sale, rental, installation, maintenance and repair thereof. The company may, in direct or indirect connection with its main purpose, carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, except for those prohibited by the LFAIE, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, or acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose; create branches in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests; conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or are directly or indirectly related thereto.
