The company's purpose is: the operation of a consulting office for the study, advice and implementation of projects in the field of computer science; the sale and development of standard or custom software; the sale and installation of turnkey systems, the takeover and implementation of computer installations; the training of clients or users of computer systems by contract or on request; the import of materials and software related to computer science; the distribution of imported and/or created materials and software in Switzerland. The company may also: a) carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, the latter only if they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); b) take participations in other companies; c) in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
