The cooperative aims to: take over the property Lenk-Land Register No. 1230 (upper part of the Rain access road, including parking lots and retaining walls) free of charge and subsequently maintain and, if necessary, renew this work; maintain and, if necessary, renew the lower part of the Rainstrasse located on the properties Lenk-Land Register No. 1391 and 2320, including retaining walls (secured through easements on the encumbered properties No. 1391 and 2320); maintain and, if necessary, renew the two sewerage collection pipes (excluding house connections) in the building area No. 48 up to the collection shaft on the property Lenk-Land Register No. 3055 (which is owned by the municipality of Lenk); clarify the usage rights and associated maintenance obligations, in particular with regard to the outdoor parking lots, through property or easement-based allocation of the outdoor parking lots built on property No. 1230 to the entitled properties; conclude further easements necessary for the operation and collateral security of the access works; demand annual contributions to the maintenance and renewal of the access works maintained by the cooperative from landowners whose properties are accessed via these works but are not members of the cooperative, as well as from public-law corporations, natural and legal persons who use the cooperative's access works on the basis of easements or otherwise; demand one-time connection fees for the properties connected to the cooperative's sewerage collection pipes in the above-mentioned building area No. 49 on Bühlbergstrasse.
