The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and sale of interests in companies of all kinds, in Switzerland and abroad, with the specification that the company may hold interests in real estate companies in Switzerland exclusively for commercial use. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may also create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
