The company's purpose is to hold, manage, finance and administer shares in any companies or enterprises, in Switzerland and abroad, particularly in the real estate sector. It may, in particular: grant loans, guarantees or financing to its subsidiaries or to third parties; carry out advisory, brokerage or real estate management activities; carry out any financial, commercial or real estate operation likely to develop its purpose, in compliance with the LFAIE (law on the acquisition of immovable property by foreigners); raise capital from institutional or private investors, in the form of loans or bond issues, within the limits set by the LSFin and the LEFin. The company does not engage in activities subject to authorization under the LEFin or the LBA, unless it obtains the required authorizations.
