The company's purpose is: all real estate operations, namely the acquisition, holding, management, construction, administration, and sale of real estate, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE (Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners), all activities related to interior architecture, namely decoration, advice, design, project management, and the execution of transformation, fitting-out, and furniture work. The company may create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. It may also carry out all financial, fiduciary, commercial, or industrial, movable and immovable operations related to the achievement of its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders and to third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
