The Estacion Esperanza association serves as a contact platform in Switzerland for the socio-missionary project Estacion Esperanza, specifically in the areas of coaching, home contacts, public relations, spiritual support, administration of non-private properties and furniture of the project, and other areas not covered by the Swiss Mission Community (SMG) (the written tasks of the SMG are attached as a second annex to these statutes); organizes the Swiss back office, such as newsletters, thank-you letters, and further administration not covered by the SMG; promotes contact between the project and interested parties in Switzerland; promotes the project's visibility in Switzerland and takes suitable measures to do so (e.g., contacts with church communities and foundations, sales stands at markets and bazaars); supports fundraising for the project; adopts the project description and oversees its implementation as far as possible; organizes and finances coaching and further counseling (e.g., in the socio-psychological field) for the project leaders as needed; organizes and promotes the work of volunteers in the project as needed; handles financial matters of the project and the project leaders not covered by the SMG; is responsible for building law issues related to the property in Ventanilla and is a contractual partner of the property owners as needed; checks or organizes the necessary furniture and infrastructure for the project as needed and is the owner thereof; organizes the annual meeting of project friends in Switzerland with the project leaders; supports the project's work in a spiritual context, to the extent possible for the respective members (e.g., prayer, inclusion in worship services).
