The company's purpose is to maintain agricultural and agritourism activities in the village of St-Luc, the territory of the Commune of Anniviers and the surrounding municipalities, to preserve heritage and protect the environment, to improve the profitability of livestock by pooling resources and care throughout the year and through other measures aimed at reducing operating costs, to pool certain operating tasks as well as the necessary machinery for operation, maintenance and mowing of agricultural and ecological land used by the stable, and to acquire land that can be used for operation (see statutes for full purpose)
