To collect and preserve all assets dependent on Etude Ruff SA in liquidation that have not been realized as of 31/10/24, to realize certain of these assets; To collect and preserve all archives of ETUDE RUFF and Etude Ruff SA in liquidation, while respecting professional secrecy, in the sense that only authorized lawyers and their assistants will have access to these archives; To arrange for the destruction of these archives at the end of the preservation period, also while respecting professional secrecy; To acquire and own all assets, including real estate (deposits, boxes, etc.) and movable assets (filing furniture, shreddable containers, etc.) necessary to collect and preserve the assets and archives mentioned above; To collect, preserve, and make available to the appointed trustees, accountants, and lawyers all necessary accounting documents for the preparation of accounts, including liquidation accounts, of Etude Ruff SA in liquidation, for the filing of accounts and tax returns, and for the defense of the interests of Etude Ruff SA in liquidation in case of dispute; To carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose.
