Promotion of historical, genealogical, biographical and other research on the von Arx family and related families, including in particular research, documentation, inventorying, conservation/restoration and publication. In exceptional cases, objects may also be purchased; these are to be handed over to the Historical Museum Olten, the City Archives Olten, the City Library Olten or, if applicable, the Art Museum Olten or the Natural History Museum Olten for safekeeping with a corresponding note. Furthermore, grants may be awarded to thematically corresponding exhibitions, cultural events, printed works or other forms of publication (new media) etc. with a corresponding note.
