The company can establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and acquire, found and sell other companies. It can acquire, manage and sell securities. It can carry out all commercial and financial transactions that may promote the realization of its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It can take out and grant loans, provide guarantees and other securities, acquire, manage, sell and exploit intellectual property rights.
