European Championships 2030 Switzerland (EC 2030 SUI)

The association aims to: a. Prepare, submit and promote the candidacy for the hosting of the European Championships 2030 (EC 2030) in Switzerland in 2030 (hereinafter referred to as "EC 2030") in coordination with European Championship Management (ECM) and other affected parties, such as sports associations; b. Plan and, in the event of an award to Switzerland, organize and implement the EC 2030 in cooperation with national and international sports associations, public bodies (Swiss Confederation, cantons, municipalities and cities) as well as private organizations; c. Follow-up and settlement after the implementation of the EC 2030; d. Ensure the achievement of objectives and value orientation (vision, mission, governance, sustainability) of the EC 2030; e. Create long-term added value (legacy) for Swiss sport and Switzerland - also in the sense of a contribution to the promotion of sport and exercise 2040. The association can take all actions that are suitable to promote the association's purpose. It works with national and international sports associations, authorities and partner organizations.
