It can provide any type of service and engage in any activity, particularly in the fields of nutrition and gastronomy. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company can acquire, hold, manage, mortgage, utilize and sell real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, as well as finance other companies, subject to the restrictions set forth in the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland and Abroad (ANRA). The company can grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, provide any type of security for its own liabilities and those of other companies (including direct and indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved), provide guarantees, assume liabilities or otherwise secure or guarantee the liabilities of the company or these other companies.
