The company may create subsidiaries and branches, as well as hold participations in all enterprises. It may acquire, encumber, alienate and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may carry out all commercial, financial or other operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. The company may provide direct or indirect financing, whether in the form of loans and/or any other form of financing, including cash pooling against remuneration or not, to third parties or companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations, as well as to its direct or indirect shareholders and companies in which they hold direct or indirect participations. The company may also provide all kinds of securities or guarantees to secure its obligations or the obligations of each of these persons, including in the form of pledges, assignments or transfers as security, guarantees of any kind or indemnification commitments, against remuneration or not.
