It can carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, industrial, and financial operations directly or indirectly related, in whole or in part, to its purpose or of a nature to facilitate its realization. It can also carry out all operations and conclude all contracts aimed at developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto and grant loans and guarantees to its partners and third parties.
