The Company's purpose is to acquire, sell, manage, administer and control interests in all commercial, industrial and financial enterprises, particularly during their start-up phase (seed or start-up phase and first rounds of venture capital financing), in Switzerland and abroad, as well as to make any investment and any transaction in movable property (including on intellectual property rights) or immovable property (only in connection with buildings for exclusively commercial purposes) directly or indirectly related, in any form whatsoever, to this purpose. The Company may also, in Switzerland and abroad, carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, any financial transactions, including issuing bonds or other transactions directly or indirectly related to its main purpose; and receive and grant loans or provide guarantees or other types of security, including by pledging or transferring ownership of the Company's assets as security, for a fee or free of charge, as well as direct or indirect financing, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, to direct or indirect subsidiaries, direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, or to third parties.
