The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations, including the acquisition, holding, management, construction, renovation, leasing, and sale of real estate properties, in Switzerland and abroad, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It also aims to take stakes in all types of companies, again with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also engage in any other activity directly or indirectly related to these purposes; it may, in particular, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with identical or similar purposes, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts aimed at developing and extending its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
