The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, includes: all engineering services, project management assistance, project supervision, technical expertise, studies, consulting, and training in the fields of energy, water, the environment, and related infrastructure; the design, implementation, operation, monitoring, diagnosis, optimization, or renovation of works related to the production, distribution, or management of energy and water, including hydroelectric developments of small, medium, and large scale; participation in all projects related to energy transition, sustainable resource management, and the enhancement of natural environments; taking stakes in any existing or future companies, projects, or structures with activities consistent with the company's purposes, as well as the management, strategic or operational consulting of these stakes; all commercial, industrial, movable, immovable, and financial operations that can be directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or likely to promote its development. Regarding the acquisition (1) of real estate properties located in Switzerland, or (2) of real estate stakes in Switzerland, these will be limited to properties/companies with exclusively commercial use. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
