The purpose of the company is: the exercise of sports activities and related, connected or instrumental activities. In particular, it may organize and manage football teams; administer image rights; hold, buy, sell, lend and negotiate sports rights of football players; promote and organize sports events, competitions and tournaments; all in harmony with the purposes and in compliance with the rules and directives of the Swiss Football Association (ASF) and the Swiss Football League (SFL) and its bodies. The company, which intends to cooperate with the Football Club Paradiso association, may also carry out, in a non-prevalent manner, any operation of a financial and financial nature that is deemed useful or relevant to promote and publicize its activity and image, as well as that of the Football Club Paradiso association, using models, designs, emblems directly or through third parties.
