The company also pursues its social purpose by being able to remotely control movable and immovable property; such control is exercised through data relating to the use of the same and their owners, upon authorization. The company also aims to provide professional consulting services and software development. The company may acquire, hold, and manage shares in commercial, financial, and industrial companies based in Switzerland and abroad. The company may open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad; represent third parties, carry out activities, and conclude agreements aimed at promoting the company's purpose, or that are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may, towards third parties or companies in which it participates directly or indirectly, as well as shareholders of companies in which they participate directly or indirectly, grant directly or indirectly credits and/or other forms of financing, even within cash pooling agreements, with or without compensation, including without limitation financing and guarantees to controlling (upstream) and affiliated (cross-stream) companies. The company may also provide guarantees or bonds to guarantee its own obligations or the obligations of the entities mentioned, even through the granting of pledge, assignment, fiduciary assignment, and guarantees of any kind, with or without compensation. Similar financing and guarantees may be granted even if exclusively in the interest of third parties, or of companies directly or indirectly participated by the company, as well as their direct or indirect shareholders, or of companies in which they hold a direct or indirect participation. The company may acquire, manage, and sell real estate in compliance with the current legislation.
