FairSilk

The core activity of FairSilk is to purchase exclusive silk directly from small manufacturers in hard-to-reach developing countries such as Myanmar, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan, and to sell these products fairly traded through an online shop. A portion of the profit is reinvested in the producers, while the other portion is donated to the educational initiative Teach a Child - Africa to support the secondary education of impoverished orphans in Kenya.
