The company may: carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, securities and real estate transactions in direct or indirect relation to its main purpose and take participations in all similar or related companies; grant loans or guarantees, either to its shareholders or to third parties, if this serves its interests; open branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
