The company may also acquire and sell plots of land, build and develop them. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company serves the Wirz family, namely Katharina Wirz-Frei and Ulrich Wirz, their direct descendants (their children, grandchildren and further descendants in descending line) and their respective spouses or registered partners.
