The purpose of the foundation is to secure the gravesites for the heirs of Charles Alexandre Campiche, who passed away on April 22, 1929, in Zurich, and their descendants, as well as to ensure the proper maintenance of the graves. To fulfill this purpose, all heirs of the aforementioned deceased who are entitled to inherit shares of the real estate at gravesites Kat.Nr. 655 and 656 shall be entitled to assert their claims against the foundation, unless they explicitly waive their claims.
