The purpose of the foundation is to cover the costs of education, equipment or support of beneficiaries, particularly in cases of need. The foundation also aims to provide care and support in cases of illness and need. Donations for similar purposes are possible. All descendants of the founders are entitled to benefit from the foundation. Surviving spouses of beneficiaries may also be supported in cases of need, at the discretion of the foundation board, until they remarry, especially if their beneficiary spouse was already supported during their lifetime.
