The acquisition, sale and holding of participations in other companies as well as the acquisition, sale, rental and leasing of real estate, provided that the funds serve to establish a permanent establishment of a trade, industry or other enterprise within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, for which no authorization is required; the granting of financing in any form to the companies of the Fashion Box group; the retail and wholesale trade in clothing, leather goods, accessories, textiles, footwear under the REPLAY brand and any brand related to the Fashion Box group's business; the retail and wholesale trade in all other products marketed by the Fashion Box group and its licensees; the provision of consulting services related to all activities carried out by the company. Incidentally, the company may carry out all commercial activities that are suitable to promote or facilitate the purpose of the company and the achievement of the same.
