The company's purpose is to provide home care services duly prescribed by a doctor; the institution is also responsible for providing services aimed at preserving autonomy at home when the state of health or dependence requires care and practical help, namely in particular: a) care services, including in particular parental support, nutrition, home security and maintaining social ties; b) home help services, which include domestic chores, provided that the required needs have been assessed; c) accompaniment services, in particular social, for the beneficiaries, and administrative support; d) support and accompaniment services and measures for informal caregivers. The company may, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable property transactions, directly or indirectly related to its social purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this promotes its interests, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE.
