The purpose of the company is: a) all maintenance, revision, modernization, repair, assembly and disassembly work in the field of elevators and freight elevators, as well as the purchase, sale, import and export of all products related to its field of activity; b) the operation of a clearance and cleaning business, in particular for final construction site cleaning; c) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable (and in strict compliance with the rules relating to the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) in direct or indirect connection with the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may conduct its business both in Switzerland and abroad and establish branches. The company may grant loans or guarantees to its members or third parties.
