The association is an independent, non-profit organization with the purpose of building a global ecosystem to strengthen female leadership and economy through entrepreneurship. The association strongly focuses on scientific research, the main purpose of which is to develop initiatives and market-oriented projects around female entrepreneurship. This includes topics such as innovation, technologies, investments, financing, education, gender, mentoring, sustainability, intrapreneurship, leadership, and similar topics that have a long-term impact on society, close the gender gap, and make a significant contribution to economic and social growth. The association offers its members and stakeholders proposals that have been validated by the association, in particular: 1. Consulting, formulation of proposals, and conclusion of agreements with public authorities as well as private and social institutions in all matters affecting the members of the association. 2. Defense of the interests, endeavors, and common goals of the members in all areas for which the association is responsible. 3. Establishment and maintenance of relationships, cooperations, and agreements with all types of organizations and institutions, both domestically and abroad, which share the association's goals. 4. Concrete, market-oriented solutions (products, services, frameworks) to meet the needs of the community. The association may engage in all activities and take all measures in Switzerland and abroad that are necessary and suitable for achieving its purpose or that are directly or indirectly related to the purpose. To promote the association's purpose, the association may acquire, hold, license, and dispose of intellectual property rights or commercial property. The association may grant loans, grants, subsidies, or other forms of financing or security (with or without consideration) to direct or indirect subsidiaries or third parties. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit. If profits are generated despite this, they will be used for investments in the association's goals. The association's funds may only be used for the purposes specified in the statutes. The distribution of the association's assets among the members is excluded.
