To promote intergenerational housing in the canton of Geneva; to this end, to provide its members with the necessary skills and expertise to acquire, when the LFAIE permits, build and/or operate intergenerational housing buildings; all services and performances in the field of real estate; to promote and facilitate the creation of housing cooperatives, to become the holder of superficies rights and to grant to the cooperatives it federates second-degree superficies rights (cf. statutes for full purpose).
