8. The IARF has the following main objectives: a) to develop and promote air racing in all countries of the world; b) to assist in promoting new types of aircraft that meet the requirements for participation in air racing; c) to promote new disciplines in air racing; d) to organize international competitions and events, in particular the World Championships and the World Cup; e) to record international air racing records for aircraft piloted in air racing; f) to maintain an independent rating of athletes practicing air racing; g) to regulate activities related to air racing conducted by Member Associations and other organizations associated with IARF; h) to develop common rules for air racing organized under the auspices and control of IARF; i) to support and encourage cooperation among Member Associations and air racing pilots, respecting and protecting their interests; j) to provide training, professional development, and supervision of the activities of judges and coaches in air racing, as well as technical and administrative personnel; k) to represent and protect the interests of the various disciplines of air racing as a sport at National Olympic Committees (NOCs), the International Olympic Committee (IOC), and other international sports organizations; l) to resolve disputes and disagreements between IARF members through fair procedures; m) to combat discrimination on political, racial, gender, and religious grounds at all levels; n) to assist Member Associations in their recognition by National Olympic Committees and/or national sports authorities of their respective countries; o) to respect and promote the fundamental principles of the Olympic Games as stated in the Olympic Charter, the Olympic Code of Ethics, and the World Anti-Doping Code (WADC); p) to promote honesty, ethics, and fair play in order to avoid practices such as corruption, doping, or manipulation, which could compromise the integrity of air racing as a high-level sport, competitions, athletes, officials, and Member Associations or create conditions for abuse against the air racing community; By decision of the IARF General Assembly, other objectives and goals of IARF may be determined. 9. IARF is committed to upholding internationally recognized human rights and promoting the protection of these rights. Discrimination of any kind against a country, individual, or group of people on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national and social origin, disability, sex, language, religion, political opinions or other, economic situation, caste or any other status, sexual orientation, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or expulsion.
