The members that make up the FeRC are the cantonal associations of Romandy tiling companies as well as the traders and tiling merchants (definition in Annex I) that have joined. As the umbrella association for the Romandy tiling sector, the FeRC handles all the interests of the latter. It advocates for the maintenance of a free market economy as well as the autonomy of companies active in the sector. It aims to follow the following goals in particular: promoting and enhancing tiling and its implementation in accordance with the rules of the art; encouraging and promoting initial, higher and continuing vocational training; defending the interests of the tiling sector, with the authorities and workers' organizations; coordinating and supporting the policy and activities of the affiliated associations; dealing with all questions relating to the tiling trades; maintaining relations with public authorities, political circles and institutions pursuing similar objectives.
