The association has set itself the task of creating and implementing all possibilities for a healthy, natural and environmentally conscious lifestyle with joy. This includes, above all, the development of human health and potential on a physical, mental and emotional level. This is achieved through various methods, including physical treatments in the form of osteopathy, massages, fitness training, mental training in the form of coaching and counseling, and building emotional stability through psychological counseling and coaching. Another focus will be on cleansing the body through health baths and nutrition recommendations, as well as conveying knowledge about maintaining our body's health through this conscious lifestyle. The association strives for research and further development of all focal points and will participate in further education itself. In addition, the association is also committed to passing on the acquired knowledge to its members in seminars and further education with trained personnel. The association has set itself the goal of establishing health centers worldwide. Here, members will be offered all services, including individual and group treatments, coaching, seminars, health baths, wellness applications, and overnight stays. Members can stay here for a break. These health centers are to be built in harmony with nature in quiet locations. Sustainable and biological fruits and vegetables are also to be grown here for the supply of members. Another building block is the integration of animals to create a suitable environment for humans, animals, and nature as a prerequisite for natural health. Furthermore, programs are to be developed that can be implemented in a practical way, including economic assistance in emergency situations. Cooperation with international organizations that also promote a natural and health-oriented lifestyle in harmony with nature is sought. Within the framework of its purpose, the association can create institutions nationally and internationally, participate in other profit or non-profit institutions nationally and internationally, engage helpers, found organizations or support them through donations. This is done exclusively silently and anonymously.
