The company's purposes are: the import, export, wholesale and retail distribution of cosmetic and hairdressing products; the operation of retail outlets, showrooms or commercial spaces related to the world of beauty, hairdressing and well-being; investment, acquisition, management and leasing of real estate assets intended for activities in the cosmetics and hairdressing sectors; all real estate operations subject to or prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE) are excluded; the organization, design and provision of professional training in the fields of beauty, cosmetics and hairdressing. The company may: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, acquire such enterprises or merge with them; grant loans or guarantees to partners, subsidiaries or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
