The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, administration and sale of majority or minority interests, directly or indirectly, in commercial, industrial or financial enterprises, mainly foreign, and particularly in companies active in the field of pharmaceutical products; the financing of these companies; the supervision and advice in commercial, financial, administrative and legal matters to Ferring group companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the holding and exploitation of intellectual property rights in connection with the foregoing. Subject to the official authorizations that should be required, the company may acquire, hold, administer real estate for its own use as well as for third parties. The company may carry out all activities that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose.
