The company may establish branches, as well as establish companies or acquire participations in companies with a similar purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, including the management, promotion, and financing of the same. The company may also carry out any other activity directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose, as well as acquire and hold real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
