The company qualifies as a trustee within the meaning of Art. 17 para. 2 FINIG and aims to establish and manage organized wealth units under Anglo-Saxon law (trusts) as well as foundations and companies with domicile in Anglo-Saxon, continental European and other legal systems within the meaning of Art. 19 para. 2 and 3 FINIG, management of trust assets, execution of legal transactions regarding trusts and other trust business, provision of advisory, administrative and other services related to these activities for clients in Switzerland and abroad, including accounting, holding participations on its own account and on behalf of third parties, issuing invoices, acting as a nominee under Anglo-Saxon law, as well as general financial, tax and legal advice regarding wealth structuring; may establish branches, participate in other companies, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, and acquire or sell real estate.
