It may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, exercise all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, excluding any operation subject to the LFAIE. It may grant guarantees, make loans or advances to associates or third parties.
