The provision of certain administrative, product support, and financial services to clients in Switzerland or abroad, as well as to entities of the First Eagle group, including marketing, distribution, and administrative support services. The Company will not engage in any activity subject to authorization by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). It may carry out all commercial or financial transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may also create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire, hold, manage, and dispose of real estate (in Switzerland only those with exclusively commercial use) as well as intellectual property. The Company may grant loans or any other form of financing to affiliated companies, as well as provide securities of any kind, directly or indirectly for the benefit of affiliated companies (or third parties), in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges, or fiduciary transfers of the Company's assets or through personal guarantees or securities of any nature, with or without consideration.
