The pension fund aims to provide the affiliated persons with occupational pension provision in the sense of Article 82 of the Federal Act on Occupational Retirement, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans (BVG). The implementation of the occupational pension provision is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Act on Occupational Retirement, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans (BVG) and the corresponding implementing ordinances of the Federal Council (BVV 3). Self-employed or employed persons can join the pension fund as beneficiaries. For this purpose, it accepts pension assets. Its activity extends to the entire territory of Switzerland. The pension agreement defines the legal status and entitlement of the beneficiary, as well as the other modalities of the occupational pension provision.
