The purpose of the company is to monitor all activities of the group, to build a new energy business in connection with the development and construction of energy facilities, as well as to provide consulting services to third parties in this context. The company may grant loans and other forms of financing and/or other structuring solutions, including participations in cash pooling transactions and treasury management, to other group companies, and for the direct or indirect benefit of group companies or third parties, provide securities of any kind, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or security assignments on the company's assets. The company may also carry out all commercial and financial transactions and make all transactions that serve its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, hold, manage and sell participations in Swiss and foreign companies of all kinds, as well as acquire, hold, manage and sell real estate, provided that the company may only hold real estate shares for commercial purposes in Switzerland. The company may engage in any further activity that is directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purposes.
