The company's purpose is the creation, importation and sale of repair stations for bicycles, charging stations for e-bikes, accessories and textiles for bicycles. The company may also carry out all operations that promote or facilitate the development of the company and the achievement of its social purpose. In particular, it may take participations in similar companies in Switzerland and abroad and, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Act of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), acquire, manage and sell real estate, patents, models, trademarks and licenses in Switzerland and abroad.
