The flawa iQ case system is the basis for digital first aid in the workplace. Each case is linked to the iQ Portal and automatically reports consumption and expiry dates of its contents, so every location remains fully prepared and ready for use at all times. In the Advanced and Pro subscriptions, RFID chips monitor the case contents in real time. The system is available in two variants. The Midi case with eight modules is the compact solution for smaller sites, teams and work environments with modest needs. The Maxi case with 14 modules offers enhanced protection for larger sites as well as production and industrial environments. Both can be filled individually or configured as standard and industry solutions.

Flawa iQ eye wash stations ensure that the correct rinsing solution is immediately available in case of eye contact with foreign bodies or chemicals. Each station includes a wall cabinet with two bottles, a pH-neutral solution for rapid initial rinsing, and a 0.9% NaCl saline solution for subsequent eye irrigation. Like the case system, the stations are connected to the iQ Portal. The consumption and shelf life of the bottles are automatically monitored, expired or used solutions are detected, and replacement is delivered without manual intervention. This ensures a ready-to-use and standards-compliant eye wash at every location at all times, without the need for manual checks.

The flawa iQ Portal is flawa iQ's cloud-based platform and the digital centerpiece behind every first aid kit and every eye wash station. It manages all connected systems in one place and always shows which material is available and when it expires. The self-monitoring modules automatically report consumption and expiration data to the portal. If something is missing or it is about to expire, the content is replenished without manual intervention. This keeps every location continuously ready for use. For occupational safety, the iQ Portal provides the necessary compliance evidence at the push of a button and ensures audit readiness according to SUVA, EKAS 6508, and ISO 45001. Instead of lists, checklists, and manual reordering, a continuously digital, audit-safe process is created.

The injury modules are essential when something happens in operation and everyone can really help. Each module covers a specific injury pattern, from cuts and stab wounds to heavy bleeding and burns to sprains, eye injuries, contusions and grazes. In addition to the necessary first-aid material, each module also contains a few gloves for personal protection and instructions in 4 languages with pictograms. This enables any layperson to provide first aid. Each module is designed for single use, batch-tracked, and equipped with a best-before date. This ensures the contents are traceable and consumption is clearly documented.
